APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the treatment to complete the necessary consultation form.

If your arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate the full time of your appointment but this won't always possible. 

CANCELLATIONS

At Mac's Massage Therapy & Spa, this is a warm, home based space designed for you to relax, unwind, and feel looked after. Each appointment is set aside especially for you, so if you can't make it, we'd really appreciate you letting us know as soon as you can.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Please notify us before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, any particular physical concerns, diabetes, or if  you are pregnant. All customers will be asked to complete a consultation form upon check-in, designed with your well-being in mind.

If you are not sure about your condition please contact us before make an appointment.

Please note customers suffering from heart conditions, high blood pressure or are pregnant may be unable to use any of our heat treatments.

Conditions for Cancer Massage: All patients must be referred by their GP, Consultant or Medical Practitioner who is part of their specialist Oncology team, prior to treatment commencing. If the referral is given verbally only, the client must confirm this in writing and give their informed consent to proceed with the treatment.

*Pregnancy Massage

Pregnant women can have this massage after 13 weeks of pregnancy. 

Pregnant mothers who should not receive massage services are:

Pregnant women with pre-eclampsia symptoms

Pregnant women with high blood pressure

Pregnant women with diabetes

Pregnant women with a fever higher than 37.5 degrees Celsius

Pregnant women who easily bruise on the skin.

PAYMENTS

We accept cash, bank transfer and credit / debit card as payment.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to undergo any type of treatments.
